Terms and Conditions

By creating an account or using any part of the GRMPT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GRMPT ("we", "us", or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

GRMPT is an AI-powered fashion design platform that provides the following features:

• AI Design Studio — Generate original garment designs from text prompts, sketches, or reference images using generative AI.
• Virtual Try-On — Compose photorealistic images of AI or custom models wearing uploaded clothing items.
• AI Models — Create and save custom AI fashion models with specific appearance attributes.
• Video Studio — Generate short video clips from fashion images using AI video generation technology.
• Gallery — Store and manage your generated images and videos.

The Service is powered by third-party AI services. Generation quality, accuracy, and availability may vary. We do not guarantee specific output results.

To access most features of GRMPT, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during sign-up.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

GRMPT operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI generation features:

• New accounts receive 6 complimentary credits upon registration.
• Image generation features (Design Studio, Virtual Try-On, AI Models) consume 1 credit per generation.
• Video Studio (video generation) consumes 6 credits for a 5-second video and 12 credits for a 10-second video.
• Credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or other value.

Credits represent payment for the computational process of executing an AI generation request — not for any specific output result. Because AI generation is inherently probabilistic, outputs may vary in quality, accuracy, or appearance. GRMPT makes no guarantee that any generated output will meet your expectations or be suitable for any particular purpose. Credits are consumed at the moment a generation is initiated and are non-refundable on the basis of output quality or dissatisfaction with results.

We reserve the right to modify credit costs, introduce paid credit packages, and change the credit structure at any time with reasonable notice. Complimentary credits are provided at our discretion and may be adjusted or discontinued without prior notice.

If a generation fails due to a technical error on our end, credits consumed for that generation will be refunded to your account.

GRMPT offers the following paid subscription plans in addition to the free tier:

• Starter — $15.00 per month (or $144.00 per year, billed annually). Includes 22 credits per billing cycle.
• Pro — $35.00 per month (or $336.00 per year, billed annually). Includes 88 credits per billing cycle.
• Studio — $95.00 per month (or $912.00 per year, billed annually). Includes 475 credits per billing cycle.
• Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment and represent a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.

Credits allocated under a subscription plan are refreshed at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not carry over to the next cycle and are forfeited upon renewal.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to your plan benefits until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle. Subscription management, cancellation, and plan changes are handled through the billing portal accessible from your account settings.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes. Your continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

By uploading images, text, or other content to GRMPT ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and share the uploaded content.
• Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or publicity rights.
• Your content does not contain illegal material, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, content promoting violence, or defamatory content.
• You have obtained consent from any individuals identifiable in uploaded photographs.

By uploading content, you grant GRMPT a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and use your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., passing images to AI APIs for generation). We do not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.

Content generated by GRMPT's AI features ("Generated Content") is produced through automated AI processes:

• You retain ownership of Generated Content created from your prompts and inputs, subject to the terms of the underlying third-party AI service providers.
• GRMPT retains no ownership claim over your Generated Content.
• You are solely responsible for how you use Generated Content, including compliance with applicable intellectual property laws.
• AI-generated content may inadvertently resemble existing works. You are responsible for reviewing Generated Content before commercial use.

GRMPT, the GRMPT logo, and all platform UI, code, and non-user-generated materials are the exclusive property of GRMPT and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You agree not to use GRMPT for any of the following:

• Generating content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Creating images that violate any person's privacy or dignity, including non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Infringing third-party intellectual property rights, including uploading copyrighted reference images without authorization.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract proprietary components of the Service.
• Using the Service to train competing AI models.
• Circumventing credit limits, rate limits, or access controls through automated scripts or unauthorized tools.
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or content that could harm our systems.
• Using the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these prohibitions, with or without prior notice.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRMPT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated output.
• Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
• Warranties regarding the quality or suitability of AI-generated content for any commercial purpose.

AI generation technology is inherently variable. Outputs may not always reflect exactly what you intended. We do not warrant that generated designs, try-ons, or videos will meet your specific requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRMPT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to your account or content.
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use Generated Content.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in AI-generated content.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO GRMPT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time:

• You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@grmpt.com.
• We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
• Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your Generated Content may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
• Unused credits at the time of termination will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
